Mountain Center, California

It lies along State Route 74 in the southern division of San Bernardino National Forest. Mountain Center lies just north of Lake Hemet, midway between Hemet and Palm Desert, just south of the town of Idyllwild, and it is southeast of the city of Riverside, the county seat of Riverside County. Its elevation is 4,518 feet (1,377 m). Although Mountain Center is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 92561. According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP covers an area of 1.9 square miles (4.9 km²), 99.91% of it land, and 0.09% of it water. Lake Hemet is the only major body of water in Mountain Center.

Pine Springs Ranch - Christian Camp & Conference Center

Pine Springs Ranch (PSR) is a Christian Youth Camp and Retreat Center owned and operated by the Southeastern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. PSR is located on 481 acres near Mountain Center, CA, in the San Jacinto Mountains. Our site was purchased in 1961, replacing a 16-acre facility in nearby Idyllwild. Originally built to be a ranch-style summer camp, it has grown into one of the largest and most modern camp and conference centers of its kind on the West Coast.

The Pine Springs Ranch Lodge is a comfortable way to spend your nights. The Lodge boasts 79 hotel-style guest rooms, two large meeting rooms and two semi-private meeting areas in the loft to accommodate smaller groups. The Lodge is centrally located to the dining hall, pool, camp offices, and other key locations. Each of our guest rooms features 2 queen beds as well as 2 pull-out single trundle beds, a private full-size bath, and a wonderful view of the surrounding scenery. All linens are provided for your convenience. Some main floor rooms are equipped with phones that can be activated with a nominal fee. In addition, the Lodge has several rooms that are specially equipped to accommodate those with physical disabilities. More options available available at registration
